An international logistics project was carried out for the regular transportation of military goods with final destination Cairo, Egypt, intended for the needs of the Egyptian Army. The transport was executed through a combined scheme: road transport and sea RO-RO shipping.
Challenges
- Securing a sea carrier for the transport of high-value military cargo by RO-RO vessel
- Managing complex loading and unloading procedures in Germany, Bulgaria, and Greece
